We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via the internet, fax, and phone. We also accept Money Orders and Certified Checks. All payments in U.S. funds only. We do not accept checks or COD's.

We offer secured online shopping and all client credit card details are encrypted the moment that they are transmitted to the banking network, and your credit card details are not stored anywhere on the internet.

A sales tax of 6% is added to all orders shipped to Florida addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside of Florida.
At ARLYS we've chosen to save trees and use our website as our catalog. All of our products are featured here and we do not have a catalog to mail. Feel free, however, to call us with any questions.
Due to the nature of our products, there are absolutely no unauthorized returns because we cannot guarantee the purity of our merchandise or resell it once it has left our warehouse. We are not able to issue credit on unauthorized returns, and merchandise returned without authorization will be discarded. We also cannot accept returns on books. We are not able to make exceptions to this policy. Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Since we do not accept returns, we offer many of our products in small sizes that are useful for sampling purposes. We urge you to take advantage of our small quantity sizes and no minimum order restrictions to try our products.
In the event that we make an error, we will of course gladly authorize the return of incorrect merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs.Business Inquiries:
